Expression, purification, refolding and characterization 2008
This is a simple paper about a lysophospholipase encoded by the genome of Pyrococcus furiosus which we expressed in Escherichi coli. The protein proved to be extremely thermostable, thermophilic in its activity preferences, and also resistant to the presence of high concentrations of certain organic solvents, retaining activity in these solvent.
